Aquest projecte utilitza la seva concepci\u00f3 volum\u00e8trica com a resposta a la topografia de la parcel\u00b7la. S’encaixa al terreny natural a la cara nord, formalitzant una fa\u00e7ana molt cega, alliberant l’espai lliure a la zona sud de la parcel\u00b7la, sobre la qual s’obren totes les depend\u00e8ncies de l’habitatge.<\/p>\n

Es plantegen dos patis, un privat que permet una ventilaci\u00f3 creuada a l’habitaci\u00f3 principal i que serveix alhora com a generador de llum natural al bany d’aquest dormitori, i un segon pati que vincula la zona de la cuina-menjador-estar amb l’acc\u00e9s principal de l’habitatge situat a un nivell superior.
La selecci\u00f3 i la barreja de materials tant en fa\u00e7anes com acabats interiors respon a la voluntat d’aportar calidesa a l’arquitectura.<\/p>\n
