The LIGHTHOUSE project stems from a constant search for balance between functionality and beauty. An exhaustive analysis of the plot’s topographical conditions, its orientation and privileged views of Cala Santanyí beach form the starting point of the project.

We do not conceive of architecture as separate from the site on which it stands and its relationship with its surroundings.

During the sketching process, the shape emerges from different overlapping volumes, creating voids and solids according to the specifications of the project.

Intensive work has gone into creating a bespoke example of boutique Mediterranean architecture that is sustainable, tranquil and sophisticated, yet exclusive, capable of drawing the eye and engaging in a measured dialogue with its surroundings, whilst still standing out as an iconic landmark of Cala Santanyí.

The design favours warm tones, wood, local stone and grooved, stained concrete for both interior and exterior finishes, combined with highly sophisticated facilities and fittings to satisfy even the most demanding client.
